Phi-Yo supports wellbeing and self-reflection. It is not therapy, it does not diagnose, and it is not a medical device. It is not a crisis service: if you are in danger or in distress, contact a qualified professional or your local emergency number.

You write an entry, such as a dream or a note about how you are feeling, and Phi-Yo returns a reflective reading of it, generated computationally. Responses are interpretive, not factual claims about you, and they are not advice. You decide what to do with them.
Access requires an account, created with your email address and a one-time sign-in code. Keep access to your email secure. Phi-Yo is currently offered free of charge; paid individual subscriptions were withdrawn on 22 July 2026. If we introduce paid access in future, we will publish the terms before you are asked to pay, and existing accounts will not be charged retroactively.
Do not use Phi-Yo to submit content about other identifiable people without their agreement, to submit unlawful material, or to attempt to disrupt the service. We may suspend access for breach of this section. Please do not enter clinical diagnoses, financial details, or other people's identifying information in your entries.
Your entries remain yours. You grant us only what is needed to run the service: to process an entry in order to produce your response, and to store your history so you can read it back. We do not use your entries to train our own models and we do not authorise our providers to train theirs on your content. You can request deletion at any time (Privacy Policy, Section 6 and 7).
Responses are generated computationally and can be wrong, inconsistent, or unhelpful. We provide the service as it is, without a warranty of accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. You remain responsible for decisions you take about your own life and health.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from the service is limited to what you have paid for it, which for a free service is nil. This limit does not apply to liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud (dol), for gross negligence (faute lourde), or to any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Nothing here limits the statutory rights you have as a consumer under French law.
You may stop using Phi-Yo and ask us to delete your account at any time, by writing to contact@llulllab.com. We may end access for breach of Section 4, or if we discontinue the service, in which case we will give reasonable notice and a way to export your entries.
French law applies. Where you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings before the courts competent under those rules.
